Dear Valued Customers,

     With all the uncertainty going on today, I am compelled to write this letter to you. In 1963, when we opened the doors of our dealership, I wouldn't have imagined the position of our auto industry today. However, we made a commitment to our manufacturer and our community to offer the best possible product with the best possible service. I can tell you that this commitment is as steadfast today as it was in 1963.

     GMC has identified us as one if its key dealers moving forward, renewing their commitment to us. I strongly believe that GM builds some of the world's best cars and trucks, from our diesel equipped 4x4 pickups to the new Camaro. They also have the best warranty in the business, with the 100,000 mile powertrain coverage on nearly every new vehicle they offer. Safety features, like OnStar, completely revolutionized the driving experience.

     Personally, I am as excited and enthusiastic as I have ever been, to be a partner with General Motors. Recent groundbreaking new agreements pave the way for a leaner, stronger, more customer focused company. In closing, I would like to thank all of you for your continued support.
